Our Vision:

The Ashbrow Parents Advocacy Network (APAN) recognises the many challenges parents face in supporting their children’s education and well-being. APAN offers a dedicated network of parent advocates who provide guidance and support across various areas.

In the heart of Ashbrow, we recognise the profound impact that engaged and informed parents can have on the educational, professional, and personal journey of their children. Our network is a dedicated platform that unites parents, caregivers, educators, and the public sector in a collective effort to ensure every child’s potential is nurtured and supported.

Guiding Principals of Membership:

All members agree to one main focus: that of putting the needs, welfare and happiness of parents and children from local communities is paramount.
All members adopt the premise that by working together, demonstrating goodwill and sharing ideas, events and opportunities, we solve problems, support each other and our communities.
All members recognise the need for sustainable provision and will try to ensure that access to opportunities is not removed after a set period of time
All partners understand the need for clarity and transparency. Honest and open lines of communication should exist to ensure a shared commitment to the success of APAN and achieving better outcomes for all communities.
