Over the last year, TSL Kirklees Community Champions have been working with local charities and community groups to help raise awareness, educate, and support people who are affected by diabetes.
TSL Kirklees has released a video to showcase how Community Champions across Kirklees are making an impact in diabetes prevention and management.
The video covers the crucial role in providing education, facilitating testing, offering valuable advice, and support to residents, and also helping to support the work of GPs & health colleagues at Kirklees Health and Care Partnership and West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership.
You can watch TSL Kirklees’ video below and learn more about the work between the Community Champions and local groups.
