While it’s been a tough year for everyone in the world of music, the students and staff at Musica Kirklees have been keeping very busy.
They’ve been honing both their technical and musical skills to produce multi-screen music videos, tutorials, hold lessons and meet for rehearsals.
Their latest success comes as a series of mini seasonal concerts designed to lift everyone’s spirits and keep the joy of music making alive.
Online Concerts
While Musica would much prefer to be sharing this Christmas music with audiences in person, that’s unfortunatley not an option at the moment.
Instead, their YouTube Concerts can be watched whenever and wherever you like.
The concerts feature perfomances from different branches of Musica across Kirklees, and showcase a varity of classic Christmas songs.
Daily Performances
The first of the concerts premiered last Saturday and since then have been shown live at 6pm every weekday this week, and are available to watch on the channel at your leisure immediately after. You can watch them all now, or save them for a Christmas day treat to watch with your families as a way to relax and unwind.
A full playlist where you can watch the performances is viewable on Musica’s YouTube Channel here. Each concert will be added to the playlist once concluded.
Don’t forget to catch the final two performances live, right from their channel, at 6pm today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday).
Musica Kirklees‘ YouTube channel is also where you can also see wonderful behind the scenes music making, view the amazing ‘Gift of Music’ video and maybe even buy some lessons for a friend or loved one.
Finally, you can check out their first peformance last week, right here.
