The Chestnut Centre will be hosting a Fun Day on Saturday 2nd November, from 11 am to 3 pm, where there will be free activities for the whole family, free refreshments, music, and more.

On Saturday 2nd November, activities will include:

• ‘Culture Cuisine’ – Cooking Demonstration
• Baby Boutique ‘Pop-Up Shop’
• Yoga Session
• Mindfulness and Relaxation Session
• Big Drum Performance
• ‘Spooky Children’s Party’ – 2 pm to 3 pm
• Diamond Art Session
• Children’s Activities throughout the event
• Fire Engine Visit
• Tour of The Chestnut Centre

The following groups and organisations will also be at the event:

• Locala (Offering Childhood Immunisations)
• Medicare (Offering Flu and Covid Vaccinations)
• Get Set Goal from the University of Huddersfield (Offering Health Checks)
• Xyla Health (Diabetes Remission Programme)
• Pennine Domestic Abuse Partnership
