The Kirklees Dementia Hub provides advice and information to those who have been effected by dementia.

They offer one-to-one appointments with people either via the telephone, at one of their weekly community settings in Almondbury and Dewsbury, or through a home visit.

In addition to their one-to-one appointments, Kirklees Dementia Hub also offers:

• Dementia Friends Sessions.
• Bespoke dementia training.
• They also help businesses work towards becoming dementia-friendly.

The Kirklees Dementia Hub is open:

• Monday: 9 am – 8 pm
• Tuesday to Thursday: 9 am – 5 pm
• Friday: 9 am – 4:30 pm
