The African Descendants Forum is delighted to announce that issue two of our groundbreaking magazine ‘As One’ is now live.

Designed to inform, celebrate, and empower the African diaspora, this unique publication offers a fresh and innovative take on African descendants’ diverse culture, history, and achievements.

Issue Two of the As One Magazine features a special look at entrepreneurship and business, focusing on two grassroots organisations from across the diaspora, each specialising in their own distinct field.

Black and Irish is a dynamic organisation that emerged in June 2020 with a focused mission: to celebrate, advocate for, and effect positive change within the Black and mixed-race communities in Ireland.

Kromanti Rum, founded by Cashain David and his daughter Danielle, this award-winning rum brand is not just about crafting exceptional spirits—it celebrates culture, tradition, and the enduring power of natural ingredients.

This issue also features a look into the life and times of author, theorist and pioneer bell hooks, with specially commissioned artwork from Huddersfield-based artist ‘Bustin Luce’.
