The Cleckheaton Folk Festival is returning tomorrow, Friday 5th July, and is based in the market town of Cleckheaton, in the heart of West Yorkshire, and will run from 5th – 7th July.

The family-friendly Folk Festival will have large and small concerts, music sessions, singarounds, workshops, meets, music hall, and informal concerts in town centre cafes. On Saturday 6th July, the day will open with a traditional Festival Parade in the morning, and conclude on Sunday afternoon with a Family Fun day.

Artists that are set to appear include The Melson’s, John Tams, Bryony Griffith & Alice Jones, Steve Tilston, Jack Rutter, Tim Edey, Winter Wilson, Keith Kendrick & Sylvia Needham, and many more.

The Festival Parade will leave Cleckheaton Fire Station at 11:00 am on Saturday 6th July.

Throughout the weekend will be a Street Market (arranged with the Spenborough Chamber of Trade and Commerce), and a Farmers Market (Saturday only).
