One of the standout moments of this year’s 25th anniversary Deighton Carnival was the spectacular carnival procession, which brought the streets to life with colour, music and celebration.

Community groups, performers, dancers and local organisations proudly made their way through Deighton, creating a vibrant display of the area’s diversity and community spirit. Residents lined the route to cheer on the procession, making it a fitting centrepiece for the carnival’s silver anniversary celebrations.

The procession reflected everything the Deighton Carnival has come to represent over the past 25 years – unity, pride and bringing people together through culture and celebration.
