Aspiring leaders in Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Kirklees and Calderdale invited to apply before 27 July 2025
A unique opportunity has opened up for aspiring community leaders across West Yorkshire to enhance their leadership skills and make a lasting difference in their communities.
The West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP) is now accepting applications for its Community Leaders Programme (CLP), a prestigious initiative recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Delivered by expert coaching agency Jones Consulting, the programme is designed to support individuals working in the voluntary and charity sectors to develop their personal leadership style and influence positive change.
Designed for Local Changemakers
The CLP is aimed at individuals who are passionate about making a difference and becoming key influencers within their communities. Applicants from Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Kirklees and Calderdale are encouraged to apply.
Participants will benefit from structured leadership development support, practical tools, and expert guidance to strengthen their ability to drive meaningful change through community-based work.

Applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm on 27 July 2025. Before applying, candidates are advised to read the supporting information thoroughly to understand the programme’s aims and requirements.
