Grassroots project empowers teenage girls with resilience, confidence, and a voice
From the team at Conscious Youth comes a powerful new project: Conscious Girls.
Based at The Media Centre in Huddersfield, Conscious Youth has a clear mission, supporting young people through the formative challenges they face.
Empowering Girls, Building Resilience
Conscious Girls is a grassroots, youth-led initiative aimed at supporting teenage girls aged 12-16 from disadvantaged communities.
The focus? Helping them build mental and emotional strength, confidence, and resilience.
Set in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, this project is about more than self-development.
It also empowers girls to take part in social action campaigns, making sure their voices are heard loud and clear.
