Short survey launched by Move More Kirklees aims to shape future physical activity opportunities in Fartown — and every voice counts.
Residents in Fartown are being invited to have their say on local physical activity opportunities as part of the Move More Fartown Community Survey.
The survey, led by Move More Kirklees, aims to gather feedback from people who live, work, or spend time in Fartown.
Organisers say the responses will play a key role in shaping future activities and opportunities designed to help the community move more and feel healthier.
The questionnaire takes just a few minutes to complete, but the impact could be long-lasting.
Whether you already take part in activities or feel there are barriers preventing you from getting involved, your experiences and ideas are important.
For the purpose of the survey, physical activity includes anything that makes you breathe a little harder and feel warmer.
This could be brisk walking, cycling, wheeling, playing sports, dancing, or even heavy gardening. All forms of movement count.
Sofie Armitage, The Move More Programme Manager, is encouraging as many residents as possible to take part.
Anyone with questions about the project or the survey can contact her directly at Sofie.Armitage@kirklees.gov.uk.
