Early bird tickets are now on sale for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice’s highly anticipated family-friendly Colour Run, returning to Huddersfield’s Greenhead Park on Saturday 14th June.

The vibrant event, which attracts up to 1,000 participants each year, invites people of all ages to walk, jog, or run through a 3km or 5km course while being showered in a rainbow of colours.

Whether participants are seasoned Colour Run veterans or first-timers, the event promises a fun-filled day while raising vital funds for the hospice’s crucial work.

A Beloved Community Event for a Worthy Cause

Now in its eighth year, the Colour Run has become a staple in Huddersfield’s event calendar, drawing thousands of participants and raising significant funds for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.

Georgia Lane, Fundraising Manager at Forget Me Not, expressed excitement about this year’s event: “Firmly established in Huddersfield’s event calendar, this will be our 8th Colour Run!

“Over the years, we’ve seen thousands of people get colourful with us, raising thousands of pounds for our charity.

“And every penny helps us support children with life-shortening conditions and their families across West Yorkshire.

“Whether you’re a seasoned colour runner or you’re new to this joyfully colourful experience, there’s never been a better time to get involved. Because we’ve never needed your support more.

About Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice

Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice provides essential support to babies and children with life-shortening conditions, as well as their families, across West Yorkshire.
