As we all know, due to COVID-19, all non-essential businesses such as fitness gyms have had to close temporarily. However, many gyms in Huddersfield have turned to online classes to look after the client’s well-being and health.
KAL and The Gym are providing Online Workout tutorials that are accessible at any time of the day.
Connect Yoga has moved its classes online so that clients can still practice yoga, pilates, dance, and mindfulness.
These classes give clients the chance to escape from the stress and anxiety of the world around them.
Connect Yoga is also supporting NHS staff and other key workers by offering them, free classes.
If someone is struggling with finance due to COVID-19, Connect Yoga is offering free classes.
Connect Yoga is also distributing hand sanitizer to local businesses, NHS staff, and vulnerable locals. Connect Yoga has formed a community with Root Pilates and Yoga Studio.
A spokesperson for Connect Yoga said: “We are passionate about maintaining the community spirit at Connect Yoga and wellness now, more than ever.
“We hope our online service can encourage more people to join classes to help stay active, healthy, and happy.”
Huddersfield BID hope you are all keeping safe and are taking the opportunity to look after your well-being and health during this Pandemic. We are here to support Huddersfield Businesses in all sectors.
