On Thursday 26th October Huddersfield-based Polyseam Ltd, a global powerhouse in the building and construction sector, became the latest business to sign up as a long-term major supporter of Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
By becoming Platinum Partners, Polyseam Ltd joined like-minded businesses who want to make a significant difference in helping Forget Me Not in their vital work in West Yorkshire, pledging their support for at least 12 months.
Polyseam has bases in the UK, Norway, and Sweden, providing products and services to customers and communities in more than 41 countries worldwide.
In September 2023 they were headline sponsors of Forget Me Not’s Dragon Boat Race at Pugney’s Country Park. Polyseam employees from their UK base at St Andrew’s Road in Huddersfield embraced their company’s Nordic heritage, donning Viking costumes for their team “Bjorn Ironside” in the race.

Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice supports babies and children with life-shortening conditions and their families across West Yorkshire.
They offer a wide range of services right from pregnancy, including nursing care, hydrotherapy, creative therapy, days out, memory making, end of life care, bereavement support and counselling, and much more, all available to the whole family.
With just a fraction of the funds it needs coming from the government, the charity must raise over £5.5m in charitable donations each year to ensure it is able to give the children and families the support they need.
