On Tuesday, the 3rd of February, the Huddersfield Community Gospel Choir and the local community came together to watch the premiere of a very special documentary created as a showcase of over 15 years of the choir’s history.

Formed in 2009, the Huddersfield Community Gospel Choir is a music group dedicated to performing gospel music together.

The choir prides itself on its community-first focus and is open to any level of singing ability.

The choir have performed far and wide, from churches to concert halls, from private weddings to huge public events.

The launch was a celebration of the choir and the people who have made it what it is today.

From the guidance of Founder and choirmaster Edwin Baker, to members past and present who have dedicated time, energy, and so much more to making the choir a success.
