Back by popular demand after a sold-out 2024 event, this year’s Upcycle Challenge saw local creatives take on a denim-themed brief inspired by acclaimed local artist Ian Berry.

From stunning wearable pieces showcased on the catwalk to imaginative non-wearable creations featured in the Textiles Citizens exhibition, this event was a true celebration of circularity, creativity and community.
