“Have a successful tour!”
Tim Brennan, Head of the Carry On Touring Campaign said: “As founder of the Carry On Touring campaign, I believe it’s extremely important to raise awareness of the issues surrounding creative touring within the EU post-Brexit. There’s a minefield of pitfalls but with the right information, it is still possible to navigate and have a successful tour. DON’T BE PUT OFF!!!”
Sarah Hutton, Music Industry Coordinator at Kirklees Year of Music added, “This seminar will give you a chance to talk to, ask questions and share your experiences with our panel of professionals. The panel is made up of experienced and knowledgeable industry professionals and we are very pleased to have West Yorkshire Mayor Tracy Brabin join us for the second half of the panel.
“Touring in the EU is a huge topic of discussion at the minute and we’re really keen to make sure that music professionals across the region are fully up to date with the impact Brexit has had on touring in the EU and to make sure they are fully equipped with all the information they need for 2022 and beyond.”
