Another outstanding performance from Huddersfield Giants!
After the fantastic win against Leigh, this means three wins on the bounce for Huddersfield.
On Sunday, 23 May, Huddersfield faced up against Leigh Centurions, where they took home a massive win. The final score for the game was 44-6 to Huddersfield. From this score alone, we can see the improvements made within the Giants squad over the past month.
The game started slowly for both sides, with not much going on until the 15th minute where Giants conceded. Again, after this, the game stayed noticeably quiet. Until Huddersfield managed to get a try back against Leigh, after this, we saw Huddersfield totally control the game.
This must be one of the best performances this season by far for Huddersfield and it is a positive sign that they can perform in games this well.
Another two points on the table for Huddersfield, putting them in a solid 7th place.

Next Game
The Giants will be next playing Wakefield Trinity on 30 May; 15:00 KO. This will be another interesting game for the Giants, as they are on such good form at the moment.
Wakefield Trinity has not had the best start to the season so far, with them only having one win out of seven games played. This is quite disappointing as Wakefield tends to be a very good team.
However, Huddersfield has momentum, which will be a massive factor within this game for the Giants.
Post-Match Thoughts
Leigh Centurions v Huddersfield Giants was another really good game for the Giants, not only bringing two points to the table but a boost to the team spirit, which will lift them for the upcoming games. This performance is just a fitting example to us of what Huddersfield can do.
The game started slow, with not much going on at all, but as soon as Huddersfield managed to find that try line, they were unstoppable.
Something else to add to this game was that we finally had fans back in the stadiums supporting the Giants. Leigh allowed fans to come into the stadium for this game too. It was good to see people come back into the stadium, giving Huddersfield that extra support.
