Kirklees, Thursday 18th April – The Mayor of Kirklees, Cllr Cahal Burke, led an evening of celebration alongside Kirklees Council’s Leader, Cathy Scott, and Chief Executive, Steve Mawson in a heartwarming event dedicated to honouring the selfless efforts of volunteers across the whole of Kirklees.

The evening commenced with a special moment, as volunteers were presented with beautifully engraved wooden plaques and certificates.
