Brighouse town centre is set for a frightfully fun takeover this half-term as 20 spooky – yet friendly – monsters hide in shops, cafés and local businesses for families to find.
Running from Friday 24th October to Saturday 1st November, the Halloween trail invites residents and visitors alike to explore the town while hunting for colourful creatures lurking in unexpected places.
Pick Up Your Monster Map
Trail maps are available from the Visit Brighouse office on Bradford Road, participating venues across the town, or online at www.visitbrighouse.co.uk/halloween
Once every monster has been tracked down and the clues completed, participants can submit their entries to be in with a chance of winning one of three fang-tastic goody bags filled with treats from Brighouse businesses.
A Community Favourite Returns
Helen Holdsworth, Brighouse BID project manager, shared her excitement for the seasonal spectacular: “It’s always brilliant seeing so many families in Brighouse enjoying our ever-popular fun trails, and this Halloween we need everyone’s help to find the monsters that have taken over our town.
“Many of our shops, venues and businesses will be going spooky for half-term, so there’ll be plenty to do as you browse and discover the town as you hunt our colourful creatures.
“Thank you also to Calder Valley Line Community Rail Partnership, who are sponsoring this year’s Halloween Trail as part of their work to bring communities together.”
