In the coming weeks, several events are occurring in and near the Ashbrow Ward, from family-friendly activities to legal advice sessions, and fitness sessions to stay healthy and meet new people.
This piece has compiled some of the events into a list for people to read.

Breakfast With Paw Patrol:
The Woodway Cafe in Bradley is running two sessions of Breakfast With Paw Patrol. The sessions will be held at the cafe on:
- Monday 27th May, 9:30 am – 11 am
- Tuesday 28th May, 9:30 am – 11 am
To attend one of the sessions is £9.95 per child, which includes a hot breakfast and drink.

Diabetes Event:
On Tuesday 21st May, at Huddersfield Mission will be a Diabetes Event from 10 am to 12 pm. At this event, there will be Flex and Stretch gentle exercise and healthy food to sample.
All are welcome to the event, but this group will be particularly beneficial to those who are suffering from Type 2 diabetes, their friends, families, or carers.

Legal Advice Clinic:
JWP Solicitors are running legal advice sessions at The Chestnut Centre, where people can seek advice about divorce, separation, adoption, childcare proceedings, agreements, and more.
The sessions run from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

New Activities in Bradley:
On Fridays at 11 am, there are Tai Chi classes led by David Crabtree (2nd Teng Chi). All skill levels are welcome to the sessions. The Tai Chi classes will be held at Sundale House, 44 Keldergate, Bradley, Huddersfield, HD2 1SY.
On Thursdays from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, are dancing sessions also being held at Sundale House. These sessions will be a great opportunity to dancing, music, and meeting new people.
On Mondays and Tuesdays, are Yoga sessions open to everyone to come and try. Monday sessions are held fortnightly and start at 1:30 pm at Sundale House. The sessions on Tuesdays are also fortnightly and start at 11:30 am at The Whitfield Centre, Batley, WF17 6HP.
