The Annual Exhibition will be displayed in Huddersfield Art Gallery from 13 May to 2 September 2017.
From over 3,000 prints and images entered for the exhibition, the best work has been selected for display by an independent panel of judges. There will be 200 framed prints exhibited alongside 200 digital images displayed digitally on a flat panel television supplied by Broadbents of Leeds Road, Huddersfield.
The exhibits will include the winners in a range of categories. This year the Best in Show award has gone to Andrea Hargreaves of Pontefract Camera Club. Her work is shown in a separate panel.
All framed prints have been hung to a professional standard by Kirklees Council gallery staff.
Alan Stopher, President of the Yorkshire Photographic Union said: “This exhibition is the highlight of the year for Yorkshire photographers. On show is an impressive and inspirational set of images with something to interest everyone’.
