Channel 4 has announced that applications for its latest cohort of apprenticeships are now open, offering opportunities for Level 4 and Level 7 qualifications in Leeds.

The broadcaster’s apprenticeship programme is a key part of its commitment to advancing equity and inclusion, with a focus on supporting under-represented groups within society.

Since the programme’s inception, more than 100 apprentices have embarked on long-term placements across Channel 4’s offices in Leeds, Glasgow, Bristol, Manchester, and London.

Over a period of 14 to 36 months, these apprentices have gained hands-on experience in various departments, contributing to significant projects that form an essential part of their qualifications at Levels 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7.

The broadcaster is encouraging individuals and organisations to help spread awareness of these opportunities through social media and professional networks.

Higher-Level Apprenticeships Now Open

Currently, Channel 4 is accepting applications for its higher-level apprenticeship roles, which are available on the 4Jobs website.

There are eight positions on offer across the London and Leeds offices, with successful candidates set to begin their apprenticeships in September 2025.

Applicants are urged to demonstrate why they are the right fit for Channel 4 and how the programme aligns with their aspirations.
