This course explores what employers are looking for from application forms or CV’s, the importance of preparing for the interview and handling the questions with confidence. We look at the different kinds of interviews and techniques individuals can use to prepare.
Learning Objectives – Through the delivery of this workshop, we are enabling participants to:
- Have a greater understanding of application and interview process
- Be aware of how effective preparation can be at all stages of job searching
- Develop strategies for coping with interview anxiety
- Have an increased awareness of their own selling points and personal ‘branding’ for future employers
