Huddersfield Town faces Hull City at the John Smith’s Stadium this Saturday. 3 pm Kick off.
Team News
Huddersfield Town are currently 7th in the Championship and just one point away from being in the top six.
This is a great position for Huddersfield this early in the season, who have made some confident strides forward after the difficulties of the previous year. A win today should further anchor a secure foothold for the Terriers as we head towards the end of the year.
Previous Game
Huddersfield’s last game against Luton Town ended in a rather dreary 0-0 draw, with neither team making much headway throughout the game.
A point away from home is nothing to complain about but one does wonder if the Terriers could have got something more out of the game.
Hull City
Hull are currently 21st in the Championship having secured only their second win of the season in their previous game against Middlesbrough.
Their overall performance wasn’t that great but a burst of attack in the last quarter of the game managed to give them the 3 points they needed.
One player to watch for Hull is Lewis-Potter, so far this season he has got 2 goals and 2 assists and is looking on good form so far this season.
Prediction
As the table starts to take shape and teams settle into the rhythm of the league, it would be great to see Huddersfield continue their decent run of form with another win on the board.
I think with the home advantage, and a little elbow grease, the Terriers can take home the three points.
