Opera North has released a series of free, interactive musical activities for children and families. The activities are part of ‘Opera North’s Little School of Music’. The free activities aim to keep the kids entertained over half-term and home-schooling.
Opera North aimed the activities at 5 to 11 year-olds. They are designed to encourage an exploration of the world of music, to learn and to enjoy a break from traditional lessons.
There is a range of activities from quizzes, games and music-making challenges using household items or even parts of the body. Furthermore, each activity has been created by Opera North’s award-wining In Harmony team.
