The RSPCA Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford & District Branch call for the local community to get involved this Christmas and help a Christmas wish come true for an RSPCA animal.
The centre is self-funded and currently houses various animals – cats, dogs, and small animals. They hope to raise vital funds to help look after the animals and hope the local community will offer loving homes for the animals.
The Wade Street Animal Home in Halifax is also hoping to raise enough to fund vital operations to help Miss Pickles, an 8-year old British Bull Dog.
The operation is vital in helping Miss Pickles breathe as she suffers from grade 3 Brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome (BOAS). Miss Pickles urgently needs this surgery before the RSPCA can safely rehome her, but the operation will cost over £2500.

Find a forever family!
Fay Gibbons, Digital Fundraiser, says, “Our Christmas Wish Appeal is a special opportunity to grant an animal’s wish of finding a loving home this December.
“We have lots of cats, dogs, ferrets and other small animals in our care who will sadly have to spend the festive season in rescue. However, with the support of our local community, we’re hoping we can raise the funds needed to support their care which will help these wonderful pets find a forever family!”
