KLTV Recently visited the New Earswick Folk Hall in North Yorkshire for a showing of our feature-length documentary, Windrush: The Years After – A Community Legacy on Film.
The event was a huge success and the reaction to the film was both staggering and humbling, with guests staying for over 45 minutes of Q&A.
The audience was inspired and engaged throughout and we hope they came away with a newfound understanding of the experiences of the African Caribbean Diaspora.
A huge thanks to the New Earswick Folk Hall, Pop Up York, and the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, for their support in hosting the evening’s events.
